Personal Bio: Arthur stays with his grandmother of 64 yrs. She takes care of six (6) grand children all vulnerable. Arthur finds it very hard to get school fees and basic needs and scholastic materials. Arthur has 3 other siblings i.e. 2 boys and 1 sister. Arthur is very social to very one, disciplined, loves the Lord and academically smart.
