Personal Bio: Allan stays with his father. The father separated with his mother and took him when the father went for work for one of the rich men in the village in his plantations. The father’s income gives him no hope for education since what the father earns is spent on food. Therefore, they work for daily survival. He nowadays graze the rich man’s goats to get school requirements. He lacks clothes and sometimes he and his father sleep at an empty stomach. He came to this school when he was in primary two and he is now in primary three and one of the best performers in this class. He is a boy who loves being smart and loves education though he has less hope of having a further level of education due to the poverty of the father. The father recently married another wife and left the boy at the rich man’s home alone. This has worried Allan that the father may later abandon him.
